Yes. We provide full-service packing using professional materials for fragile items, electronics, and everyday household goods.
We recommend scheduling 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during summer or end-of-month.
Absolutely. We move pianos, oversized furniture, artwork, and other specialty items with proper equipment and care.
Yes. If you book packing services, we bring all the supplies you’ll need, including specialty boxes for fragile items.
We recommend being available to answer questions and give direction, especially at the start and finish. If you can’t be there, make sure someone you trust is on-site to sign paperwork and guide the crew.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks. Payment is due at the end of your move unless other arrangements are made in advance. We also offer financing.
Yes. Our residential movers are experienced with elevators, stairs, and limited parking access.
Absolutely. Our labor-only residential moving services are ideal if you’re driving your own truck.
Nope! It’s actually best to keep clothes in drawers as it reduces the likelihood of damage. Don’t worry about the weight; we have the right equipment to move heavy furniture safely.
Yes. We provide basic coverage based on item weight, and you can upgrade to full-value protection, even on moving day. We also recommend transporting irreplaceable or high-value items yourself. All our movers are employees and covered by workers’ comp, so you’re never liable for on-site injuries. Be cautious of companies with unusually low rates. There’s a chance they’re not insured.
Yes. Electronics and artwork must be properly packed to be covered by insurance. Original packaging or professional packing (which we offer) is required. See our What Not to Pack page for guidance. Talk to our team if you’d like us to pack delicate or high-value items for extra peace of mind.
Yes! We move pianos if they’re part of a larger household move and also provide piano-only moves. We move upright, baby grand, grand, and even children’s pianos.

Only if they’re slate-crated and fully prepped for transport.
No. Please move house plants yourself since they can be damaged in moving trucks, and we’re not liable for damage. More info is available on our What Not to Pack page.
We don’t move pets, flammables, or liquids. Lawn mowers are okay if the gas is drained. Grills are fine, just disconnect the propane. See What Not to Pack for more.
No, but we do offer labor-only services if you’ve rented your own truck.
Yes. We regularly help seniors with downsizing and moving to retirement communities. Our crews are careful and patient, and we can coordinate directly with family members or facility staff.
