Great experience!
We had to book with Priority Moving last minute after getting ghosted by our first moving company. I was able to get an appointment less than 24 hours before our move.
From dispatch’s clear communication and transparency about pricing to the communication leading up to the move, everything was great.
Our movers were Thomas and Austin, and they did an excellent job! They were extremely efficient while handling all of our furniture with care. It was also nice that they asked us where we wanted certain items placed, so we didn’t have to move things ourselves afterward.
We were booked for approximately 4 hours, but Thomas and Austin finished the entire move in about 2.5 hours. They got straight to work and didn’t waste any time, but nothing ever felt rushed. They still took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and even chatted with us throughout the move.
The final price was also adjusted after the job was completed. Even though we were quoted for 4–5 hours, we were only charged for the actual time it took, which was a very pleasant surprise.
Their prices are fair and very reasonable, and the service was excellent from start to finish.
Hopefully, we won’t have to move again anytime soon, but if we do, I would definitely book with Priority Moving again.
