Serving Beaverton & Surrounding Areas

Beaverton splits roughly along the Canyon Road corridor, and the two halves move completely differently. North and west of Canyon Road — Cedar Hills and Five Oaks — you’re in older, transit-connected neighborhoods with mid-century homes on sidewalk-lined streets near Cedar Hills Crossing and the Sunset Transit Center; parking and narrower original lots are the usual challenge there. South of Canyon Road — Murrayhill, Sexton Mountain, Progress Ridge, South Cooper Mountain — is newer, larger-lot suburban construction, and those moves tend to have more straightforward truck access with more square footage to plan around.

Downtown Beaverton and the area around Nike’s 400-acre World Headquarters campus bring a different kind of job entirely: corporate relocations and apartment turnovers tied to the tech and footwear employment base that also includes Tektronix and Reser’s Fine Foods nearby. Whatever side of Canyon Road you’re on, our Beaverton movers plan the route before the truck ever shows up — and if timing is tight, a call to 503-544-7972 gets you a straight answer on same-day availability.

Reliable Beaverton Movers You Can Count On

Beaverton’s population has grown fast enough around Nike, Intel-adjacent commuting, and the west-side tech corridor that a lot of our Beaverton jobs are relocation moves — families and employees landing here for the commute, not just longtime residents shifting across town.

We’ve worked both halves of the city long enough to know that a Cedar Hills apartment move near the Sunset Transit Center has nothing in common with a five-bedroom Progress Ridge move, and we plan for that difference before quoting the job, not after.

Our Experience Speaks for Itself in Beaverton

With OR-217 connecting south to Tigard and I-5, and MAX Light Rail running east into Portland and west through the Hillsboro tech corridor, Beaverton sits at a genuine crossroads — and a lot of our Beaverton movers work double duty, handling the local move itself and coordinating the long-distance leg for households relocating in from out of state for a Nike or tech job. That’s earned us a reputation as some of the most trusted Beaverton movers in the area.

These guys are the real deal. On time, professional, respectful. I highly recommend these guys. They listened to my concerns, they worked hard, and got the job done. I’ve hired other movers in the past who didn’t cut it. This team was a cut above.

Beaverton Moving FAQs

How much do movers in Beaverton cost?

Moves are charged hourly. Things that influence how long a move takes include the size of your home and the amount of belongings to be moved, as well as crew size, number of trucks, access at each property (like parking limitations near the round, stairs in multi-story complexes, or tight residential streets near Cooper Mountain)

Do you offer packing services?

Yes. We provide full-service packing using professional materials for fragile items, electronics, and everyday household goods.

How far in advance should I book my move?

We recommend scheduling 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during summer or end-of-month.

Can you move large or unusual items?

Absolutely. We move pianos, oversized furniture, artwork, and other specialty items with proper equipment and care.

Do you provide moving boxes?

Yes. If you book packing services, we bring all the supplies you’ll need, including specialty boxes for fragile items.

Do I need to be present during the move?

We recommend being available to answer questions and give direction, especially at the start and finish. If you can’t be there, make sure someone you trust is on-site to sign paperwork and guide the crew.

Do you offer same-day or last-minute moves?

Yes, if we have availability. Call us directly at 503-544-7972 and we’ll let you know what we can do.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks. Payment is due at the end of your move unless other arrangements are made in advance. We also offer financing.

Do you move apartments and condos?

Yes. Our residential movers are experienced with elevators, stairs, and limited parking access.

Can I hire you just to load a POD or U-Haul?

Absolutely. Our labor-only residential moving services are ideal if you’re driving your own truck.

Do I need to empty my dresser drawers?

Nope! It’s actually best to keep clothes in drawers as it reduces the likelihood of damage. Don’t worry about the weight; we have the right equipment to move heavy furniture safely.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. We provide basic coverage based on item weight, and you can upgrade to full-value protection, even on moving day. We also recommend transporting irreplaceable or high-value items yourself. All our movers are employees and covered by workers’ comp, so you’re never liable for on-site injuries. Be cautious of companies with unusually low rates. There’s a chance they’re not insured.

Do you move electronics/artwork?

Yes. Electronics and artwork must be properly packed to be covered by insurance. Original packaging or professional packing (which we offer) is required. See our What Not to Pack page for guidance. Talk to our team if you’d like us to pack delicate or high-value items for extra peace of mind.

Do you move pianos?

Yes! We move pianos if they’re part of a larger household move and also provide piano-only moves. We move upright, baby grand, grand, and even children’s pianos.

Do you move hot tubs?

Yes!

Do you move pool tables?

Only if they’re slate-crated and fully prepped for transport.

Do you move house plants?

No. Please move house plants yourself since they can be damaged in moving trucks, and we’re not liable for damage. More info is available on our What Not to Pack page.

What else don’t you move?

We don’t move pets, flammables, or liquids. Lawn mowers are okay if the gas is drained. Grills are fine, just disconnect the propane. See What Not to Pack for more.

Do you offer U-Haul or moving truck rentals?

No, but we do offer labor-only services if you’ve rented your own truck.

Do you move seniors or provide special assistance?

Yes. We regularly help seniors with downsizing and moving to retirement communities. Our crews are careful and patient, and we can coordinate directly with family members or facility staff.
